Under normal conditions, orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours from the date of the order. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand or unforeseen events.
Delivery Times Are As Follows:
• Belgium: 3 to 5 business days
• France and International: 4 to 7 business days
These time frames are indicative and depend on our shipping partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the progress of your package.
If the delivery timeframe is exceeded, it cannot be attributed to our company, nor will it result in contract termination or compensation requests. After 30 days from the order date, we will process a bank refund for undelivered goods.
Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. No changes to the address, items, or other details will be possible after payment validation. Please carefully check your billing and shipping information.
In the event of an error in the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to the unavailability of the customer after multiple appointment attempts.
The transfer of risk occurs at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, negligence, or lack of maintenance. We also cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, such as war, strikes, pandemics, etc.

• You will need to pay these taxes directly to the customs and shipping service.
Claims for an order will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the billing date.
