While our jewelry is designed to be water-resistant, the plating can develop a patina over time if regularly exposed to harsh elements. To preserve their shine, please follow our care tips.

What Materials Do You Use for Your Jewelry?

At Luxlab Collection, we primarily use 925 sterling silver. Our gold-toned pieces feature a durable 3-micron thick 18K gold plating, while our silver-toned designs are rhodium-plated.

We also offer select pieces made from 18K PVD-plated 316L stainless steel, known for its exceptional strength and longevity.

All these premium materials ensure your jewelry maintains its brilliance and durability for years to come.

How Should I Care for My Jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking new, store it in its pouch and avoid contact with saltwater, chlorine, cosmetics, and detergents. (If contact does occur, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry well!) Don't forget to wipe them with a soft cloth from time to time. Even though our jewelry is water-resistant, a little extra care goes a long way!

Can I Wear Your Jewelry Every Day?

Yes, absolutely! Our jewelry is perfect for daily wear. They combine style with durability, making them ideal for your everyday routine.

However, we do recommend taking them off during sports activities or swimming to help preserve the plating and prevent it from developing a patina over time.

Is Your Jewelry Suitable for Sensitive Skin?

Absolutely! All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, guaranteed to be nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. This makes them perfect for anyone with sensitive skin.

Where Do You Deliver?

We currently ship to France 🇫🇷, Belgium 🇧🇪, Luxembourg 🇱🇺, and the Netherlands 🇳🇱.

What is the processing time for orders?

In general, we process your orders within one day. However, during busy periods, such as holidays or sales, it may take a little longer. But don’t worry, we do our best to ensure you receive your jewelry quickly!

What is the delivery time after shipping?

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive your jewelry within 2 to 5 business days. And good news: all our shipments come with a tracking number, so you can track your package in real time!

Where are your jewelry items shipped from?

All our jewelry is shipped from our studio in Brussels.

Are there any shipping fees?

We do have shipping fees, but delivery is free for any order of 80 euros or more. We often offer free shipping promotions with no minimum purchase. Keep an eye on our deals!

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes, you can return your jewelry within 30 days, provided that they have never been worn and are in their original packaging. If the jewelry is in a resalable condition, we will be happy to accept your return and issue a refund.
